ConnectWorkz offers clients technical support for hosting-related issues. We constantly monitor our servers and perform daily backups. We will help with any other problems that arise with your website and related services, including email troubleshooting.
We can also provide additional help with personal computer issues including virus detection and cleaning, spam filtering, upgrades, and new computer setup. Most questions can be answered - and problems solved - quickly and easily through a remote connection and a phone call. On-site support is also available.
Support questions can be submitted at anytime via email, over the phone, or through our secure client portal.
We respond within 4 business hours and often much more quickly.
